Privacy policy

As of October 2026. This policy covers the website trevoriq.com / trevoriq.de. The Trevoriq Verify application has its own privacy notice and data processing agreement. The German version is legally binding.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third-party servers (no external fonts, maps or videos).

3. Server logs

The website runs on a server we operate in the data centre of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. When you visit, the server logs technically necessary data: shortened IP address (the last digits are removed before storage), date and time, requested page, amount of data, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup. Logs are deleted after 14 days. Our domains are registered with STRATO AG, which also provides our mailboxes.

4. Pilot programme requests

If you use the request form, we process your name, company, business e-mail, supplier country, number of purchases and your message to answer your request and, where applicable, set up pilot access. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is stored on our server in Germany, forwarded to us by e-mail and deleted when no longer needed, at the latest twelve months after the last contact unless statutory retention applies.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – for us, the Data Protection Commissioner of Saxony-Anhalt, Leiterstraße 9, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany.

6. Encryption

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
